Eric Ahmann - General Manager
A native of North Dakota, Eric\'s restaurant experience includes running a steak house while attending the University of North Dakota. Seeking a milder climate, Eric and his wife Jessica relocated to Santa Fe in 2004. Eric has been with Santa Fe Dining since moving to New Mexico, and took over management of Rooftop Pizzeria in May of 2007.
